This is a fix for issue 1645
Rather than directly pulling
DATE_INPUT_FORMATSandDATETIME_INPUT_FORMATSdirectly fromsettings, this fix now gets those values via a call toformats.get_format, which handles getting the correct values from Django's localization system.
