Improve output format: include labels with probabilities

Changes made

• Improved Output format by including assigned labels and corresponding probabilities for all queries
• Updated README.md file by including output structure information
• Updated README.md and added detailed information about required input files and their expected structure
• Added PROTAX-GPU paper link in the Readme for better understanding of the repo

I think this looks good, I'd just like to add that it would be nice to have the taxonomic rank names follow into the pyprotax_results.csv file as well.
E.g.:
Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species
for
Arthropoda, Insecta, Coleoptera, Ptiliidae, Acrotrichis, Acrotrichis_rugulosa
and also something like
Phylum_prob, Class_prob, Order_prob, Family_prob, Genus_prob, Species_prob
