Penn Medicine Office 365 Mail Portal
An installer for Microsoft Office can be downloaded using the Office 365 Mail Portal. After downloading and installing, upon first opening Outlook, you will be required to log in with your [email protected] email address to activate the Office license.
Download the UPHS VPN application
Authenticate using UPHS username and password. It will also do a DUO-Mobile Push as a second layer security authentication.

When filing a ticket select "Psychiatry Admin" for the Department/Center and enter "Neuropsych" in Office/Lab Affiliation.
Reset your PMACS password at PMACS Self Service Reset
Download and set up the Pulse Secure app to access PMACS VPN.
After installing the Pulse Secure application, add vpn.pmacs.upenn.edu to the connection list and connect to the VPN. You will be prompted to enter your PMACS username and password, and then a "secondary password". The secondary password is the word push in all lowercase. A push notification will be sent to the DUO app on your phone.
