Bug Fix - Future Qtr textbook page; Textbook card control

Fix https://jira.cac.washington.edu/browse/MUWM-3796

1. Spring Quarter textbook page is showing Winter quarter classes/textbooks
2. Textbook card in Spring Quarter preview is working (that is, showing textbook), but the control on that card to the textbook page isn't functioning.
