Description of changes
Defines the new military aerodromes of Keevil (EGDK), Colerne (EGUO), and Chetwynd (EGVI).
Reason and motivation
New aerodromes that should be added, and Colerne will have an ATC position (Colerne Radio).

Apologies for the late PR, it can be deferred into the next AIRAC without that much of an effect.
