Users were unable to use InMemoryFs, OverlayFs, ReadWriteFs, or reference filesystem interface types because dist/fs/**/*.d.ts was missing from the package.json files list. Also removed stale entries pointing to non-existent directories (dist/expander, dist/overlay-fs) and internal modules not part of the public API.
