feat(eve): allow custom compaction prompts

Agents can replace eve's default compaction instructions with defineAgent({ compaction: { prompt } }) when a checkpoint must preserve domain-specific context.

Motivation

Compaction supports a custom model and threshold, but its summary instructions were hardcoded. Agents that need to preserve citations, customer requirements, or other domain state could not tell the compaction model what to prioritize.

Approach

The hypothesis is that carrying compaction.prompt through compilation and runtime session setup, then using it as the compaction system prompt, lets authors control summary policy without giving them ownership of eve's checkpoint protocol.

• Add prompt to authored, compiled, resolved, and dynamic subagent compaction config
• Keep the previous checkpoint and transcript in an eve-owned user envelope
• Count the active system prompt against the compaction input budget
• Preserve the prompt across automatic continuation and manual compaction while persisting only token accounting
• Preserve the manifest factory's existing empty compaction default
• Document the option and add a patch changeset

Validation

• Reproduced CI's two resolve-agent failures, then passed all 7 resolver tests
• 266 focused unit tests
• 9 runtime-loader scenario tests
• pnpm --filter eve typecheck
• pnpm --filter eve build
• pnpm docs:check
• pnpm guard:invariants
• Changed TypeScript files pass oxlint and oxfmt

The full local unit run passed 5,856 tests and hit four unrelated 5-second timeouts. All four passed together on an isolated rerun.
