The build() function signature was modified to remove the runLint parameter (5th position), but the call site in next-build.ts still passes the old parameter list. This causes a cascading parameter misalignment where:

This will cause multiple incorrect behaviors: build options like experimental app-only mode and turbopack will be incorrectly enabled/disabled, and the build mode may be set to invalid values. The fix is to remove the lint parameter from the function call on line 97.

This option still exists in the config and docs (https://nextjs.org/docs/app/api-reference/config/eslint#disabling-linting-during-production-builds).
We can remove it entirely now, right?

What?
This PR removes the automatic ESLint linting that previously ran during
next build. The documentation has been updated to reflect this change.Why?
As part of Next.js 16, we're removing the automatic build-time linting that was previously included in the build process. This gives developers more control over when linting runs by explicitly invoking their linter via npm scripts.
