The SDK remains unaware of the limit.
workflow-serverenforces it at the event-persistence boundary and returns HTTP 400;@workflow/world-vercelexposes that response through the existingWorkflowWorldErrorpath.Limits
This PR is intentionally small: the wire field already flows through world-vercel. The capability is enabled only after the backend implements and deploys the storage semantics.
