Add Playwright E2E tests for the super admin pages covering organizations (list, search, sort, create modal), all users (list, search, org/role filters), settings (profile/password tabs), and cross-page navigation. Covers route resolution (new and legacy formats), form field rendering, contact info fields, submit button, validation errors, math captcha, footer, success page, and accessibility.
