What this does

fixes a runtime when animals eat berries
adds a trader subtype to signaling bells, and gives the trader PDA a ringer app, allowing for traders on this map (and any other map if they add the bell) to be notified if someone is at the trade window.
moves djsat to the surface (and messes with the wall radios a bit so they hopefully link).

Why it's good

lets players mess with the DJ sat, as previously only derelict MoMMIs could mess with it
adds a unique djsat that is different from the others
fixing errors are good
gives traders a bit of qol

How it was tested

went in game and verified that the building existed. turned on the dj juke, radio transmitter, and wallmounts and heard the music.
hit the trader bell and verified they got notified
