- Clarify exception wording, to not suggest they can be ignored.
- Clarify error messages
- Fix the AmbisonicDecoderPresets test
Do not mention the old class name and change it to an Error in the wording, as this should only ever happen when the API is used incorrectly.
When an exception is thrown, there is no point providing a fallback behavior. Even with -fno-exceptions it would just abort when trying to unwind.
