This commit allows netrw to support URL's of the type dbx:///.

Hi guys, I just popped in to say that:
" c Make browsing directory the current directory |netrw-c|"

should actually be:
" cd Make browsing directory the current directory |netrw-c|"

I was pressing c like an idiot and it didn't change a thing, I don't know when this was
changed, but changing the keymaps is a move that is going to require my brain to
re-map this again back to the old ways.
I wish I had "c" instead of "cd" back, I don't know how to do it.
I know this isn't the place for this conversation, but this repo doesn't have issues (and I can see why..)
