Bump d3-color and @jsprismarine/prismarine

Removes [d3-color](https://github.com/d3/d3-color). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@jsprismarine/prismarine](https://github.com/JSPrismarine/JSPrismarine). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `d3-color`

Updates `@jsprismarine/prismarine` from 0.1.0-rc.49 to 0.1.1
