Contains changes which enable an LSC24 participation using vitrivr-engine.
A lot of shortcuts have been made in order to support the minimal setup of LSC24. Specifically, this version of vitrivr-ng is not able to handle video items, therefore this is not for production.
The reason for this PR is to document, that this shoul not be merged (at least not before extensive rewrites).
