他のドキュメント（CLIやVFMなど）については、ページ内のH2タグを探して自動でリンクを掲載するようにしています。しかしThemesのドキュメントはそのような形式になっていない（H2へのリンクを載せると単位が細かすぎる）ので、ひとまず主要なページへのリンクを手作業で掲載するようにしました。
