…tion canary Clears the prior test sign-off (PR vmware/MTAT#1, 2026-08-26) so the CLA gate can be re-tested end-to-end via the same non-member account without short-circuiting on an already-signed record — the registry check runs before the comment check, so an existing entry makes the canary pass immediately and exercise nothing. Doubles as overdue cleanup: this was a test-account record sitting in the legal registry for 20 days. Removes exactly one entry. The other 11 are byte-identical and in their original order, and the file round-tripped byte-for-byte before editing, so the rewrite matches how record_signature writes it.
