Description

Publishing the four Vika platform archives to TOS can exceed the current 30-minute job limit. The linked release run uploaded three archives successfully before GitHub cancelled the job during the final upload, leaving the release manifest unpublished. Increase the publish job timeout to 60 minutes to give the uploads time to finish.
