What changed
1. Say where the versioned numbers come from
harness-designs/claude-code(EN and zh-TW) presents a few architectural details as settled fact. They aren't. They come from VILA Lab's reverse-engineering report, which analyzed Claude Code v2.1.88 specifically, and Claude Code has shipped a lot since then.I attributed the five-layer compaction pipeline and the seven permission modes to that v2.1.88 analysis and moved both to past tense. The permission-mode section now also says what the current docs list: Manual (renamed from "default" in v2.1.200+), Plan, acceptEdits, Auto, and bypassPermissions.
References are split into official Anthropic documentation and independent research, with a line noting that the second group describes one historical version.
The "In One Sentence" while-loop summary is untouched. It holds up, and Anthropic's own engineering post says the same thing.
2. zh-TW: Simplified characters that survived translation
In claude-code, codex, deepseek, and pi.
3. zh-TW: prose cleanup
Em-dashes removed, padding verbs trimmed, matching the plain-punctuation convention used elsewhere in the repo.
