We can add the changes for the installation of the agent on Rocky Linux, since our priority is to add all the environments where users can install it to monitor it, but we cannot add the change for the manager this time, since it is not we have added to our tests and know that its operation is recommended in this operating system.
If you revert the change on the manager.pp manifest we can merge this PR.
