Add sound for clarification question while agent is working

Enhance Agent-User interaction through clarification notifications

Description

Currently, when an agent requires additional information or clarification, the user may miss the request if they are working in a different browser tab or if the agent is processing tasks in the background.

I propose implementing a notification or "Clarify Question" trigger that alerts the user when an agent is awaiting input. This would significantly improve user experience by:

• Improving Workflow Efficiency: Users will be notified immediately when their input is needed, reducing idle time for the agent.
• Enhancing Multitasking: Users can confidently work in other tabs knowing they will be alerted if the agent requires attention.
• Preventing Stalls: Explicit notifications ensure that tasks do not remain stuck in a pending state due to an unseen prompt.

Please consider adding a browser notification or a visual cue in the UI that signals when an agent has triggered a clarification request.

there shouldn't be a separate option for this in the settings panel, perhaps Completion Sound and this could be merged into one option under Settings instead
