修复依赖问题

1. 修改内容：

打开根目录下的package.json，将"@tencent/eslint-config-wxapp": "^0.5.2" 改为 "eslint-config-wxapp": "^1.0.0", 以确保项目正常启动运行。

2. 修改原因：

项目在启动过程中遇到了该依赖报错，导致开发者无法正常执行启动代码。这一修改可以确保项目能正常运行，并符合代码质量要求。

3. 如何验证修改：

拉取此分支并安装依赖：npm install --legacy-peer-deps。
运行 npm run init --legacy-peer-deps 启动项目，确保所有功能正常运行，且依赖问题已经解决。

备注：

这个 PR 的目的是让项目启动正常运行，并帮助其他开发者更顺利地贡献代码。此外，因大量依赖已处于废弃过时，必须 ‘ --legacy-peer-deps’ 后缀才能顺利执行，望尽快修复过时的依赖，使该项目得以维护和保持最新依赖版本。
