  1. Click "Database Searching"

  1. Load both psm.tsv and mzML files

If using DIA-Umpire in FragPipe, the mzML files will be the ones (*_Q1.mzML, *_Q2.mzML, *_Q3.mzML) generated by DIA-Umpire not the original ones.

  1. Click "Start" and the visualization panel will look like below:
