Replaces #900 (a draft from @decofe, 136 commits behind with conflicts in
conformance.ymlandverify.yml). It's rebuilt on current main rather than cherry-picked, so it covers workflows and jobs added since then and uses the pins the other tempoxyz repos use today.What it does
tempoxyz/gh-actions/actions/secure-runner, pinned at35019557, the pin used by tempoxyz/mpp, mpp-proxy and pympp) runs as the first step of every job that runs steps: Verify (Checks, Test Runtime shards, x402 E2E, HTML), Main (Version PR, Changesets, Snapshot), Prerelease, Friction log, Rebalance test shards and Audit remediation. Each of those jobs and theirverify.ymlcallers (main.yml,pull-request.yml,rebalance-test-shards.yml) getsid-token: write, which the runner needs.install-dependenciesrunspnpm install --frozen-lockfile.scan-github-actions.yml(zizmor and pinact viatempoxyz/gh-actions), and.pinact.yamlexceptions for the untagged mpp-tools and wevm/actions workflow pins.@mainto mpp-tools280f74c(today's HEAD), as mpp-rs, mpp-go and pympp do. Audit remediation only runs for failed same-repositorypushruns of Main. Image references inverify.ymlare quoted and unused loop variables renamed. Scorecard'supload-sarifis bumped to v4.37.9.Not carried over from #900
