I'm looking forward to a release with #189 included.
Thanks.

Summary

  • bump package version to 2.3.0
  • document the release in Changes.md (adds IPv4.isValidCIDRFourPartDecimal, eslint v9 upgrade, remove duplicate LICENSE entry) v2.2.0...main
  • rebuild ipaddr.min.js to match the new release

Testing

  • npm test
  • npm run build

@whitequark I noticed that the Git tag version 2.3.0 has not been applied to the main branch.

Sorry — my mistake! I overlooked the tag.
I confirmed that the v2.3.0 tag does exist.
Please ignore my previous comment.
