…th Maven Resolver 2 In offline mode the provision mojos resolved artifacts without any remote repositories. Maven Resolver 2 (bundled with Maven 3.10) only treats a cached artifact as available if the repository it was downloaded from is part of the request, so artifacts fetched earlier in the build failed with "present, but unavailable".
