Update dependencies

This pull request includes several dependency updates across multiple configuration files and the removal of a plugin from the documentation configuration. The most important changes are:

Dependency updates:

• build-scripts/package.json: Updated versions for esbuild, fast-glob, tinyexec, and tsconfck.
• package.json: Updated versions for @changesets/cli, @changesets/config, @changesets/changelog-github, @changesets/write, execa, and pkg-pr-new.
• packages/studiocms_devapps/package.json: Updated version for @outerbase/sdk-transform.
• pnpm-workspace.yaml: Updated versions for several packages including @astrojs/db, @astrojs/react, @astrojs/node, @sentry/astro, and astro.

Plugin removal:

• docs/astro.config.mts: Commented out the import and usage of the @inox-tools/star-warp plugin. [1] [2]
