Using
http-cache-streamandhttp-cache-stream-reqwestcrates from St Jude's hospital R&D team, as rusthttp-cachehas no stable streaming support (still in alpha and uses a slop K/V store from OpenAI).Right now still has a bug where big files are not cached, has been reported to dependency. Awaiting potential resolution or fix for merge.
