fix: update Google Search Console logo

Summary

• add a current multicolor Google Search Console SVG icon from LogoTeka
• use the custom icon in shared provider and landing brand icon maps
• cover the icon colors/viewBox in provider icon tests

Notes

• Full root test run had two unrelated package/server timeouts; re-running those files directly passed.
