Description
Introduce
build_network_handle_with_timeout()that allows for custom mpc duration timeout.Before this, the timeout was hardcoded to 10sec
Use case:
I am trying to see if we can initialize the anon stats server in DI with a bumped mpc timeout, to allow for bigger distances buffer before processing a single job
