Provide API support to get users list whose password will expire within a given time period

Description
IS organization administrator needs to send notifications to organization users periodically to reminders to users whose passwords will expire soon (like 1 week before).
We had capability of sending email reminders for users whose passwords will expire in IS 5.6.0 (with DAS based analytics solution) and removed it thereafter. So we need to recommend a way for the customers to implement this capability again in newer product versions.
Need to provide an API support for IS server organization admins to get users list whose password will expire within a given time period. Admins can integrate external tool to retrieve the user list and send notifications.
