SUMMARY

Some Quality of Life Enhancements to Avalanche Init

• When you are starting off with avalanche on a clean slate with a new DB , the usage on the DB must be given . The database usage grant has been added to it
• Similarly , assuming someone hasn't setup the their local - since the init needs to be run by a super users, the environment variable may not be set, so during the init we are setting the os.environ for the two required avalanche environment variables

Encountered this issue while setting this up fresh and the code derived from the fixes I had to do during that time
