Various parity changes for java edition have been added including: igniting creepers with fire charges, zombie villagers spawning with armor, blazes having their full attack range from java, guardians dropping cooked fish if burned to death and rabbits always dropping at least one raw rabbit. This PR also fixes a bug from 2.0 involving zombie villagers and the 1.14 villager profession parity changes.
2.1 austen release - java parity fixes
replaces instances of mob loot tables being called with existing ones which match, or none at all if they called blank jsons, e.g mooshrooms now call the cow table, zombie horses call zombie table etc. This PR also reverts the parity fix that allows zillagers to wear armor, its visually broken and has no known fix.
changes the table to account for polar bears using this table, frees up polar_bear.json in loot_tables
optimize loot tables, and undo zillager parity change
very limited version but it functions, snowy biomes spawn dark and blue coloured sheep meanwhile the mesa spawns light and orange/red coloured sheep. All other biomes spawn white, brown gray etc. Pink sheep spawn in all like usual.
