Quality of Life improvements

Hi,

I added a couple of things to this project:

• Mingw support
• Created a Makefile for easier compilation
• Fixed entrypoint to make it easier to integrate additional arguments
• Created a CNA script that registers the check-cert command to wrap inline-execute

The syntax of the check-cert command is pretty much the same as the original BOF:

check-cert <domain>[,<domain2>]
