OCaml ANSI/VT100 library

Supports the following functionality:
   - Cursor control;
   - Scrolling;
   - Clearing/erasing text;
   - Text attributes/colours.

   - Fixed Makefile;
   - Changed interface for Pretty.noecho_aux.

   - No-echo utility functions;
   - Required dependency: unix module;
   - Turned off dynamic loading in Makefile.
