Adds support for Stronghold generation. Strongholds generate similarly to Fortresses, but not quite the same. While I think it should be possible to reuse the existing
PieceEnvstruct, I found creating a newStrongholdPieceEnvstruct was easier.I removed Makefile support because it was annoying to maintain.
