a php/html/css/javascript web application for generating steam emoticon text messages

• php5 with allow_url_fopen true
• steamcommunity.com json not changing since last commit

setup

1. put /steam_text/ into /www/steam_text/ on a valid webserver
2. run the scripts in /tools/ (read here first)
3. done! test :)
