Additional review information
Allow to directly open a published RV session, e.g. a published workfile, from the loader UI inside RV.
This originally came partially as a request for #77 even though that was requested to fully be a web action. Regardless, making it easier to open a session directly from within RV is worthwhile too, so created this PR.
