- Description: An analysis of the international debt database to find important insights such as: identifying debt indicators, finding the country with the highest debt, finding average debt per indicator, and finding the country with the highest principal repayment.
- Technologies Used: SQL, PostgreSQL
- Description: An analysis using my personal interest in motorcycle parts sales. Calculated the net revenue for each product line by grouping results by month and warehouse; only wholesale orders are included to find a better understanding of wholesale revenue by product line.
- Technologies Used: SQL, PostgreSQL
- Description: A machine learning project focused on predicting the default risk of Small Business Administration (SBA) loans. The project includes data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development using LightGBM, and interpretation of results using SHAP values.
- Technologies Used: Python, pandas, scikit-learn, LightGBM, SHAP
- Key Findings: Identified important predictors of loan default including ZIP code, urban/rural distinction, and business characteristics. The analysis provides valuable insights for lenders and policymakers in assessing and managing loan risks.
