Proposed change
Add support for HOBEIAN ZG-223Z rain sensor. Based on zigbee-herdsman-converters. Includes manufacturer variants: _TZE200_jsaqgakf, _TZE200_u6x1zyv2, _TZE200_2pddnnrk.
Additional information
The quirk has been tested and is working in my Home Assistant instance.
