🎯 What: Replaced console.error with GlobalOutputChannel?.appendLine in src/virtualFileSystem.ts. Also added the missing import import { GlobalOutputChannel } from './main';.
💡 Why: console.error writes to the VS Code Developer Tools console, which is not readily visible to users of the extension. Directing these error messages to GlobalOutputChannel improves code health by adopting standard, user-visible logging within the extension context.
✅ Verification: Visually verified edits using git diff. Ran the test suite via npm run test successfully with no regressions introduced.
✨ Result: Better error tracking directly from VS Code's Output channels, aligning with the extension's error logging conventions.
