Closes the three gaps a command-by-command audit found between the deleted WPF shell and the port.
EntropyPalette.ToColorsampled at each band's entropy, so they cannot drift.--extract-hereas an Explorer verb, but nothing handled that argument; it fell through to the bare-file branch and opened the browser. It now extracts beside the archive.ShellVerbsis now the one list both Explorer registration and argument dispatch read. A test checks every registered verb resolves.Stacked on #391 (uses its harness).
Verified: 79 tests green, including the verb round-trip and the legend's palette agreement.
