Commands Offers

Offers — For freeholds only. The buyer names a price. Someone allowed to act for the seller accepts. The buyer pays in installments until the balance is cleared, then Realty completes the transfer.

Sends your offer to the seller for that region. |
/realty offer inbox |
Offers other players placed on regions you control. |
/realty offer outbox |
Offers you sent to other regions. |
/realty offer accept <player> [region] |
Accepts that player’s offer when you may act for the region. |
/realty offer pay <amount> [region] |
Pays part of the price after your offer was accepted. |
/realty offer withdraw [region] |
Withdraws an offer that is still pending. |
/realty offer reject <player> [region] |
Rejects one player’s offer on your region. |
/realty offer rejectall [region] |
Rejects every pending offer on your region. |
/realty offer toggle <true/false> [region] |
Enables or disables new offers on that freehold when permitted. |
Auction — You cannot send or accept offers while an auction is running on the same region.
Payment in progress — While an accepted offer is still being paid off, some region changes are blocked.
