Getting Started
If you run or maintain a server, read Installation, Database, and Configuration first. Everything below is for people using /realty in-game.
Freehold — Land you buy outright. It can have a list price (/realty buy), or players can use offers and auctions instead. When a sale is finalised in Realty, the plugin updates the contract and transfers the WorldGuard region to the buyer.
Leasehold — A rental with a landlord, a tenant, rent, a lease period, and a cap on how many times the tenant may extend. Max extensions set to -1 means unlimited renewals in Realty.
Regions — Many commands accept a region name. If you don’t include one, Realty uses the WorldGuard region you’re standing in. Stand on the plot or type the name.
Help — /realty help lists topics. You can also run /realty help basics, /realty help offers, and so on to open one section directly.
Time formats — When a command needs a length of time (lease, auction window, subregion rent), use the pattern on Duration format.
