changes:

1. Stop filtering out ambiguous glutamatergic, hippocampal, pyramidal and meis2 neurons for mouse references. In the future I will try to map these back to author labels (in the reference) so that we can get more specific hippocampal cell type annotations.
2. Enable passing the --organ flag (set as "brain" by default). When we want to add non-brain datasets, I can explore which collections to use in CellxGene as reference.
