• Added AGENTS.md as the authoritative project instructions file
• Updated CLAUDE.md to be a minimal pointer to AGENTS.md
• Added agent-session-commit plugin

Plugin Usage

• Manual trigger: /session-commit
• Automatic trigger: The Stop hook prompts at session end when code changes were made.

Why this matters

AGENTS.md is an emerging standard for AI-readable project documentation that works across tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.).

This plugin helps teams:

• Scale teams whose development is claude-code driven
• Capture institutional knowledge - Patterns, gotchas, and decisions discovered during development
• Ensure cross-tool consistency - Same guidance regardless of which AI assistant is used
• Build incrementally - Each session can contribute learnings to the shared knowledge base

I've been using this pattern for a while but the plugin is new. I want to spend a week using it before getting it reviewed._

@claude I'm trying evaluate if I should put effort into maintaining and updating this PR.

I believe it'll be a net benefit to claude code users, but I have not received any signal / feedback from the core contributors yet.

I plan to keep iterating and testing this plugin regardless.

In parallel, who do you suggest I mention from the core team to take a look?
