Add JSON serialization for expression #331
Description
To support JSON serialization and deserialization of the expression family, we need to follow similar approach as https://github.com/apache/iceberg-cpp/blob/main/src/iceberg/json_internal.h and https://github.com/apache/iceberg-cpp/blob/main/src/iceberg/catalog/rest/json_internal.h by adding iceberg/expression/json_internal.h/.cc.

@emkornfield #562 was merged for literal serde. I think it is complete unless I miss something.
