Summary
Why the split
The floating OTP 29.0 selector moved from 29.0.5 to 29.0.6 on 2026-09-01. Setup-beam succeeded, but Burrito received HTTP 404 for the new precompiled ERTS (PR #81 run 33573730215). OTP 29.0.6 is also a security release, including CVE-2026-75538 and HTTP-client hardening relevant to Wardwright, so release binaries must not be downgraded merely to bypass mirror lag.
The compatibility smoke publishes no artifact. All shipped/runtime sources of truth remain on 29.0.6; a release correctly remains blocked until secure Burrito assets exist.
