Re-rolls the canonical fail-open
front-desk-add.yml: the credentialed steps are gated onvars.FRONT_DESK_CLIENT_IDand the App token is minted viaclient-id(the deprecatedapp-idinput is retired), so until the org-level App var + secret are set theaddcheck passes (skipped) instead of reddening every PR.
