Epic: Fix Oxford Comma Across Website for Homepage Launch

We need to make sure the Oxford comma is in the correct spots across the entire website for consistency.

Find all places where oxford comma should be
- Copy and paste the code for a website page into ChatPGT
- Ask ChatGPT to identify the lines where lists appear but are missing the Oxford comma.
- Have ChatGPT identify and list the current grammatical spelling and what it should be changed to with the Oxford comma.
- Make a comment in this EPIC listing the current grammatical spelling, what it should be changed to with the Oxford comma, and the line number in which it appears in the code for the page.
Repeat this process for each website page.
Make an issue for each individual correction that is needed.
